Lemon honey water
Almost all of us are very much familiar with lemon honey water. Drinking a glass of warm water with juice of a lemon and a teaspoon of honey works wonders for our body. It aids in combating free radicals, weight loss, digestion, fresh breath, clean urinary tract and what not. All you need to do is squeeze the juice from a lemon, add it to a glass of luke warm water with a teaspoon of honey. Following it religiously helps in weight loss, reduces bloating.
Ginger,lemon and honey water
Ginger is an amazing ingredient in kitchen that enhances the flavor of the food. It also aids in weight loss. Just pound an inch of ginger, add it to a cup of water and boil it for a minute or two. Cumin water
Cumin powder helps in weight loss? Surprised? Me too. When I first read the cumin can help us regulate our body weight and also shed few kilos I was surprised. It helps us bring down our body temperature and keeps our body cool. You can add cumin powder to a glass of warm water and drink first thing in the morning. If not, mix a teaspoon of cumin seeds in two glasses of water and leave it overnight. Next morning chew those cumin seeds and gulp down the water. You can add honey to it to enhance the taste.
Fenugreek water
We all are familiar with the beauty benefits of fenugreek for our hair and skin. Drinking fenugreek seeds with water can bring down your body temperature on a hot summer day and also relieves the period cramps. Soak one teaspoon fenugreek seeds in a jug of water overnight and drink it the following day.
Fennel water
Like cumin water, fennel seeds also help us keep our body cool. Add fennel seed powder to a glass of water or soak the fennel seeds in water overnight and drink the following day.
